Because street violence is still all too common and the victims often feel helpless, Brest’s four higher education establishments decided to publish a street violence victim support guide.
It offers practical advice and answers many questions as to what to do in these situations :
- How to distinguish between being chatted up and harassed?
- What is the law?
- What to do in case of public abuse? Curb crawling?
- I am a witness, what should I do?

At ENSTA Bretagne, this guide is one of the steps taken within the Fight Against Discrimination network. Set up in 2018, it is composed of students, PhD students and staff.
